* The above program is a brief outline. A more detailed program will be emailed to you after the registration deadline. The actual conference schedule may be a little different according to the number of participants.

Oral Presentation Instruction:

Timing: Presentations are strictly limited to a maximum of 15 minutes total, including speaking time and Q&A discussion. Please manage your time carefully to ensure the schedule runs smoothly for subsequent speakers.

File Transfer: Please bring your presentation on a USB flash drive (ensure it is virus-scanned beforehand). Speakers are required to meet their Session Chair in the designated room 10 minutes prior to the session start and copy their slide files (PPT or PDF) to the local presentation computer.

Backup: We highly recommend emailing a copy of your presentation to your personal inbox as a backup in case of any USB hardware malfunctions.

Equipment: Each session room will be fully equipped with an LCD projector, screen, laser pointer, microphone, and a laptop with standard software (Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat Reader). Please use commonly standard fonts to avoid compatibility issues. If you must use your own laptop, please test the connection in the room before your session begins.

Multimedia: If your presentation contains videos or audio files, please ensure they are properly embedded, formatted, and linked to the main presentation file.

Poster Presentation Instructions:
Dimensions: The maximum poster size is 59.4 cm wide by 84.1 cm high (A1 size).
Design: Posters should be concise, well-structured, and visually engaging. Ensure that text and figures are large enough to be easily readable from a distance of at least 1 meter.
Attendance: During the designated Poster Session, authors are required to stand by their posters to present their work, answer questions, and engage in discussions with other delegates.
